Alkaline Blueberry Cheesecake
This is so yummy, healthy, and perfect for the sweet tooth.
Crust:
4-6 Dates, a cup of walnuts, drizzle agave, pinch sea salt (mix in food processor or blender)
press this mixture down into your dish, forming a crust all the way around.
Filling:
Agave (1 cup)
Key lime juice (3 lime)
Coconut oil ( 1 tablespoon)
coconut milk (1 cup)
Coconut flakes (unsweetened)
1 cup of blueberries
4 Dates
feel free to add a teaspoon of seamoss gel!
Add to blender and blend until smooth. Fill your crust, cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer for 3-4 hours.
