Alkaline Chocolate Ice Cream

This recipe is so simple and yummy!

2 cans of natural, no preservatives, Coconut cream with the fat

1/4 cup Agave

1/4 cup Cacao powder

1/4 cup Tahini

1/2 cup date sugar

In a blender, add your coconut cream and blend going from low to high gradually for two minutes. Then add other ingredients. Once blended completely (about 3-5 minutes), transfer to a dish with parchment or wax paper lining it. Freeze for 6-8 hours. This photo shows only 4 hours of freezing. It was not completely frozen, but it was too good to wait on the taste test. Feel free to add some burro bananas, chopped dates or nuts to this sweet treat.
