Alkaline Pull Apart Bread
Pull apart bread
Line a Bundt pan with a mixture of grape seed oil, sea salt, onion powder and ginger powder.
Measure 4-6 cups of spelt flour, depending on how big you want to make
It. Filling the entire pan with dough balls will take about 6 cups.
Add in 1 tablespoon sea salt, 2 tabelspoons onion powder and 1 teaspoons of ginger powder. Slowly add sparkling spring water, about 2 cups give or take. Add in 1 chopped plum tomato, 2 stalks of kale chopped and fresh rosemary. Or you can add whatever you want to your bread! Get creative with it. You want the dough to start creating little knots and add water alittle at a time to form the dough into one big ball. Feel free to dust your hands with flour and kneed with your hands for quicker results. Once you have a ball, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Take the dough out and it should have a stretch to it when you pick some off. Start forming balls with the dough and putting them into your pan. Once you have a bottom, layer Brazil nut cheese over the top and begin another layer of balls. Continue to fill the pan with layers. Drizzle more of the oil and salt mixture that you put in the pan on top.
Bake at 350 for 40-50 mins or until golden brown.
let me know when you try it! enjoy ❤🌸 zayne
